Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (12 ounce) can shoe peg corn
- 1 bunch green onion
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- gluten free italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 rinse peas, beans, corn.
- 2 chop onions (including part), jalapenos, tomatoes and cilantro.
- 3 crush garlic.
- 4 add all vegetable ingredients and add dressing to taste.
