Tofu Banana Breakfast Smoothy

- 1/4 cup soft tofu
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
Recipe
- 1 if you remember, you may wish to peel and freeze your banana the night before. i rarely remember tho.
- 2 place all ingredients into a blender.
- 3 blend.
- 4 drink and enjoy.
- 5 this is also good with 1/2 cup oj and 1/2 cup cranberry juice.
- 6 use the wheat germ with honey for extra sweetness.
- 7 some yogurt (about 1/2 cup) of your favorite flavor (i like blueberry) is a nice addition.
