Tofu Banana Breakfast Smoothy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup soft tofu
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ

Recipe

  • 1 if you remember, you may wish to peel and freeze your banana the night before. i rarely remember tho.
  • 2 place all ingredients into a blender.
  • 3 blend.
  • 4 drink and enjoy.
  • 5 this is also good with 1/2 cup oj and 1/2 cup cranberry juice.
  • 6 use the wheat germ with honey for extra sweetness.
  • 7 some yogurt (about 1/2 cup) of your favorite flavor (i like blueberry) is a nice addition.
