Spa Shake

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup milk, can use more
  • 1/2 banana, can use more
  • ice, whatever suits your tastes
  • 1/8 cup cocoa powder, can use more
  • 1/8 cup coconut milk (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all in a blender until smooth.
  • 2 be sure to taste and adjust according to your buds.
