Tofruity Sippers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 1 cup cut-up mango, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 0.5 (12 1/3 ounce) package light firm tofu, chilled and drained

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, combine orange juice, mango, strawberries, and tofu. cover and blend until smooth.
