Ingredients

- 1 honeydews or 1 cantaloupe, melon
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves, melted
- vanilla ice cream
Recipe
- 1 cut melon in half crosswise and remove seeds.
- 2 slice melon into 1-inch rings.
- 3 remove rind.
- 4 fill each ring with scoops of ice cream.
- 5 top with melted preserves.
- 6 serve immediately.
