Healthy Energy Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup plain quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 mix oats, milk, almonds, ginger, honey, and flaxseed in a microwavable bowl.
  • 2 microwave for 2 minute.
  • 3 top with yogurt.
