Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 pinch turmeric
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites lightly with a fork. stir in milk, milk powder, oil and turmeric, beating until well blended. stire on covered container for up to one week, refrigerated. makes 90 ml (slightly over 1/3 cup).
