- 250 g strawberries
- 1 cup sorbet syrup
- 250 ml clear apple juice
Recipe
- 1 wash, drain & hull the strawberries, then puree in a blender the sorbet syrup and apple juice.
- 2 freeze in a freezer friendly bowl according to your preferred result.
- 3 scoop into balls & serve.
