• 1 cup sorbet syrup
• 250 ml clear apple juice

Recipe

• 1 wash, drain & hull the strawberries, then puree in a blender the sorbet syrup and apple juice.
• 2 freeze in a freezer friendly bowl according to your preferred result.
• 3 scoop into balls & serve.
