Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple-orange juice
- 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. marinate tuna steaks in a plastic bowl or bag for no more than 24 hours. set aside some extra for basting while grilling.
