Tofu And Black Beans

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 14 ounces extra firm tofu
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans

Recipe

  • 1 mash tofu with spices with a fork until well combined.
  • 2 heat oil over medium heat with garlic and 2/3 of the onions.
  • 3 add tofu and cook until moisture is gone (10-12 minutes).
  • 4 add beans and the rest of the onions and cook 2 min.
