Ingredients

- 14 ounces extra firm tofu
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
Recipe
- 1 mash tofu with spices with a fork until well combined.
- 2 heat oil over medium heat with garlic and 2/3 of the onions.
- 3 add tofu and cook until moisture is gone (10-12 minutes).
- 4 add beans and the rest of the onions and cook 2 min.
