Ingredients
- 6 ounces organic low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 4 ripe strawberries, stemmed, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon oat bran (optional)
- 4 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. serve in chilled glass tumblers.
