Red, , Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces organic low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 ripe strawberries, stemmed, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran (optional)
  • 4 ounces cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. serve in chilled glass tumblers.
