1 1/2 cups low-fat milk or 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
1 add honey to milk and warm in the microwave.
2 remove and stir in vanilla.
3 enjoy and then slumber off to bed!
