Protein Shake

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 large banana
  • 500 ml skim milk
  • 2 egg whites (make 2 holes on both ends of the eggs and blow the egg whites out only.)
  • 2 tablespoons any type oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey (for flavour)

Recipe

  • 1 break banana in to smaller bits, and add to blender.
  • 2 add 500ml of milk to blender.
  • 3 (optional) add 1 t of honey for taste.
  • 4 mix it in the blender.
  • 5 add the egg whites and blend until smooth
