Healthy Low-fat Strawberry Banana Breakfast Shake

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients together in a blender (i use the "whip/liquifier" button on the blender".
  • 2 make sure it's all blended nice and smooth and wah-la!
