Gelatin Slush

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup flavored gelatin (any flavor from a 4 serving size package)
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 3 cups pineapple juice

Recipe

• 1 combine sugar, gelatin and water in a bowl.
• 2 stir until gelatin is dissolved.
• 3 add pineapple juice.
• 4 divide mixture evenly among 3 ice shaver tubs.
• 5 freeze until firm.
• 6 to serve: remove frozen mixture from tubs and shave in your ice shaver.
