- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 -2 tablespoon margarine
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 pour boiling water over ginger and honey in a small saucepan.
- 2 cover; let stand 30 minutes.
- 3 cook over medium heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 4 strain; stir in margarine and lemon juice. serve warm or cold.
