- 1 cup barley
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup caribbean jerk salad dressing
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
Recipe
- 1 cook barley and set aside to cool.
- 2 add black beans and red bell pepper and toss with salad dressing.
- 3 add romaine and tuna just before serving and toss.
