Toasted Almond Broccoli

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 4 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1/2 lb broccoli floret
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add almonds.
- 2 saute 1 minute or until almonds are golden, not brown.
- 3 remove and set aside.
- 4 place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- 5 remove and add oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 toss well.
- 7 sprinkle almonds on top.
