Texas Caviar

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 bell peppers, 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red
  • 1 jalapeno (or more)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • fresh parsley, eyeball it
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans black beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 (16 ounce) bottles italian dressing
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 chop all fresh veggies and place in a large bowl.
  • 2 i give the jalapeno special attention to make sure that it is chopped fine.
  • 3 add beans, corn, salt and dressing and mix until all is well coated.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate.
  • 5 the longer it sets the better it is!
  • 6 serve chilled and enjoy. yummy!
