Lime Marmalade

Ingredients
- 6 small limes
- 3 lemons
- 4 lbs sugar
- 1 small pineapple
Recipe
- 1 scrub limes and lemons, then cut in halves and remove seeds.
- 2 cut into thin slices.
- 3 measure fruits and juices and add equal amount of water.
- 4 soak for 12 hours.
- 5 simmer for 20 mins.
- 6 then let stand 12 hours.
- 7 add 3/4 cup sugar for every cup of fruit/juice.
- 8 cook the mixture until jellying stage is reached.
- 9 pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4" margin at top and seal with lids.
- 10 cool on metal rack and store in a dry, cool place.
