- 2 fresh strawberries
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum (captain morgan)
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- sweetened cream
Recipe
- 1 macerate strawberries and raspberries with rum and sugar.
- 2 slightly whip cream.
- 3 swirl together 1 part rum-berry puree to 2 parts slightly whipped cream in a champagne flute.
- 4 garnish with fresh berries.
