Sunday's Egg Whites Healthy Kick Start

Ingredients

- 3 egg whites
- 3 grape tomatoes
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 1 scallion
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 separate the egg whites from the yolk.
- 2 cut the grape tomatoes lengthwise.
- 3 cut and dice jalepeno.
- 4 slice the scallion lengthwise.
- 5 scramble all ingredients except parmesan cheese.
- 6 heat olive oil in pan.
- 7 cook your omelet!
- 8 add parmesan on top before done so it melts enough!
- 9 enjoy!
