Sunday's Egg Whites Healthy Kick Start

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 scallion
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 separate the egg whites from the yolk.
  • 2 cut the grape tomatoes lengthwise.
  • 3 cut and dice jalepeno.
  • 4 slice the scallion lengthwise.
  • 5 scramble all ingredients except parmesan cheese.
  • 6 heat olive oil in pan.
  • 7 cook your omelet!
  • 8 add parmesan on top before done so it melts enough!
  • 9 enjoy!
