Ingredients

- 1 bunch radish
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 limes, juice of
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut the radishes in quarters length-wise and then chop into rough dice.
- 2 toss with the other ingredients and adust seasonings.
- 3 let sit refrigerated for an hour to blend flavors.
