Piquant Radish Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the radishes in quarters length-wise and then chop into rough dice.
  • 2 toss with the other ingredients and adust seasonings.
  • 3 let sit refrigerated for an hour to blend flavors.
