Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple or 1 1/2 cups drained canned pineapple chunks, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet pepper, any colour
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons squeezed lime juice
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small glass bowl combine all ingredients, blend well.
- 2 refrigerate in airtight glass container for up to 3 days.
