Sweet And Tangy Lime Slush Punch

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (64 ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl; stir in juices and cold water.
  • 2 cool slightly.
  • 3 pour into a large freezer ziplock bag and freeze at least 8 hours.
  • 4 remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.
  • 5 place in a punch bowl and break into chunks.
  • 6 add ginger ale; stir until slushy.
