- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained-reserve juice,cold or frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 frozen strawberries
Recipe
- 1 place everything, except reserved juice, in a blender and process until smooth.
- 2 add juice as necessary to achieve a smoothie consistency.
- 3 serve immediately.
