Ingredients

- 1 cup finely chopped peeled cantaloupe
- 1 cup finely chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup sliced small strawberry
- 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped seeded jalapeno peppers
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss to combine.
- 2 serve salsa with a slotted spoon.
