• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches (or 4 fresh,sliced)
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
• whipped cream

Recipe

• 1 combine rum.
• 2 brandy,and honey.
• 3 heat throughly.
• 4 sprinkle over sliced peaches.
• 5 fold into the softened ice cream.
• 6 place into individual dessert dishes,or wine glasses.
• 7 can be returned to freeze at this stage.
• 8 before serving top with whipped cream,flavored with orange peel.
