Three-fruit Smoothies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 12 ounces fat free reduced sugar cherry vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small banana, halved
  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberries or 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 15 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine the yogurt, banana, blueberries and honey; cover and process until smooth. while processing, add a few ice cubes at a time until mixture achieves desired thickness.
  • 2 pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
