Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (7-inch)
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne
Recipe
- 1 peel, seed, and coarsely grate cucumber.
- 2 roast cumin seeds in heavy skillet for about 5 minutes. grind in spice grinder or with mortar and pestle.
- 3 combine all ingredients and chill.
- 4 garnish with fresh mint leaves.
