Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2/3 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 2 ounces mangoes, frozen
  • 2 ounces blueberries, frozen
  • 2 ounces peaches, frozen
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 combine in blender and blend on high speed.
