Easy, Healthy Fruit Smoothie!

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4-2 cups milk
  • 1 cup banana, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
  • ice, if using fresh fruit (desired amount)
  • honey (for taste) (optional) or agave (for taste) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in blender, except agave or honey. set blender on "ice crush" setting and blend until mixed.
  • 2 pour into cups, and add desired amount of honey or agave until sweetened.
