Ingredients
- 1 3/4-2 cups milk
- 1 cup banana, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen
- 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
- ice, if using fresh fruit (desired amount)
- honey (for taste) (optional) or agave (for taste) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in blender, except agave or honey. set blender on "ice crush" setting and blend until mixed.
- 2 pour into cups, and add desired amount of honey or agave until sweetened.
