Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 3 cups raisins
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, fresh grated
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
Recipe
- 1 toss everything together in glass bowl.
- 2 set aside on counter, covered, for at least an hour to allow flavors to meld.
- 3 chill.
