Zippy Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • crisp raw vegetables, for dipping

Recipe

  • 1 process cottage cheese and chili sauce in a food processor or blender until smooth, scraping down sides.
  • 2 stir in onions, horseradish, and cayenne.
  • 3 cover, and chill to let flavors blend.
  • 4 serve with vegetables for dipping.
