Zippy Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops)
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- crisp raw vegetables, for dipping
Recipe
- 1 process cottage cheese and chili sauce in a food processor or blender until smooth, scraping down sides.
- 2 stir in onions, horseradish, and cayenne.
- 3 cover, and chill to let flavors blend.
- 4 serve with vegetables for dipping.
