Smoothie #2 (banana-strawberry)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
  • 1 banana, chilled
  • 1 pint fresh organic strawberry, chilled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients except flax oil and blend until smooth.
  • 2 pour mixture into measuring cup or other vessel.
  • 3 stir in flax oil.
