Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 1 banana, chilled
- 1 pint fresh organic strawberry, chilled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except flax oil and blend until smooth.
- 2 pour mixture into measuring cup or other vessel.
- 3 stir in flax oil.
