Ingredients

- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 pulse almonds in blender until thoroughly ground. if necessary, use a spatula or a spoon to scrape the sides of the blender.
- 2 add yogurt and blend.
- 3 add bananas and blend.
- 4 add honey and blend.
- 5 pour over ice if desired and serve.
