Tuna Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup celery, chopped (and or or cucumber)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 2 teaspoons green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained and broken up
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine all of the vegetables. add the mayo, dill, lemon peel, garlic powder and pepper.
- 2 fold in tuna. cover and chill for at least an hour.
- 3 to serve, divide sliced tomatoes amond salad plates. spoon tuna mixture over.
