Tofu And Vegetables (crock Pot/slow Cooker)

Total Time: 6 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peapods, cut in half

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • 2 cook on low 6 hours.
