- 2 plums, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/4 cup vodka, chilled
- lemon sorbet
Recipe
- 1 mix plums, sugar, lemon and vodka in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- 2 chill in the fridge for at least an hour to let the juice soak.
- 3 spoon over the sorbet to serve.
