Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 large ripe bananas, sliced or 1 1/2 cups strawberries (fresh "or" frozen dry-pack) or 1 1/2 cups drained canned peaches
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 5 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 combine orange juice concentrate, banana (or your choice of fruit), skim milk, water and honey in the container of electric blender.
- 2 cover and whirl at high speed until thick and smooth (about 1 minute).
- 3 add ice cubes one at a time and blend until smooth and frothy.
- 4 garnish with a whole strawberry or cherry; serve.
