Spaghetti Sauce With Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 ounce) can canned whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil over medium-low heat in a large skillet.
  • 2 add mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
  • 3 cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients.
