Fruit Shake

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple juice, no sugar added
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 *you can also add 1 oz of vanilla protein powder for an extra pick me up!
