walnut blue cheese artichoke salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 8 ounces crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives, or to taste (optional)

  • toss lettuce, gorgonzola cheese, artichoke hearts, walnuts, and olives together in a bowl.
