brandied fruit topping

Ingredients

  • Servings: 64
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup pitted prunes
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • water to cover
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • in a large saucepan combine raisins, mandarin oranges, prunes, sugar and water to cover. simmer over medium heat until syrupy, about 10 minutes.
