- 1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 4 slices cinnamon bread

- combine avocados, cinnamon, cream cheese and honey in a blender; blend until smooth.
- refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
