Strawberry-banana Sorbet

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 chop up your banana and strawberries and place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. freeze for 2 hours.
  • 2 place your frozen berries and banana chunks into food processor with water and lemon juice.
  • 3 pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • 4 serve immediately or freeze up to 2 weeks in tupperware.
