Three Colour Rajma Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rajma, soaked overnight and boiled
  • 1 cup macaroni, boiled
  • 1/2 cup green capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup spring onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 toss all in a bowl and serve!
