- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

- 1 pour all the ingredients into a blender.
- 2 blend for about 30 seconds or until it's the way you like.
- 3 you may add any vitamin you like to make your smoothie healthy, (have the vitamin crushed).
