Strawnanna Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 tablespoons sugar or 4 tablespoons sugar substitute
  • 4 strawberries, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup milk (any type)
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup of crushed ice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container banana yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container strawberry-banana yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 mix fruit, milk, yogart, and sugar until blended.
  • 2 add ice slowly and let blend.
  • 3 once finish serve out of the blender, or put in the freezer to make it extra cold.
