Peach Paradise (smoothie)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
  • 1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients until smooth.
